A true ‘grain-to-glass’ American Craft Whiskey. This whiskey is mashed, fermented, distilled, filtered, barreled, aged, and bottled by hand in Wishkah River’s distillery. Their American Malt Whiskey is made from a mash bill of Washington malted barley, soft white winter wheat, and malted rye. Besides the unique mash-bill, this malt whiskey is slightly different than traditional malt whiskeys, as it’s aged on unused oak.
