STANLEY PARK PASSIONFRUIT SOUR
A PNW style Sour Weisse brewed with North American Crystal hops and a blend of wheat and barley malt. We kettle soured for a tart finish, which is further enhanced by the addition of passionfruit concentrate. Expect passion fruit to dominate the aroma and flavours, with a lemony citrus note cutting through from the kettle souring process and choice of hops.
