ILE SAUVAGE GINGEMBRE GINGER GOSE
Gingembre is our Gose base that includes barley, wheat, and salt and coriander in the boil. We then sour the wort with our house lacto blend and ferment it with a strain of Kviek yeast. The beer is then finished on a fresh ginger. This beer has big ginger taste without being hot. A light saltiness and lemon from the lactobacillus and coriander. We think it’s ideal for enjoying in the sun.
