Gekkeikan Sake is herbaceous with hints of grapefruit and a light earthiness. Good acidity, mineral driven, and well balanced with a clean, medium finish. This versatile sake can be enjoyed warm, at room temperature, or chilled. Also excellent for sake cocktails.
